The Yoga of Damo: A Sports Yoga/MArtial Arts System for the New
Millenium!
Based on principals evolved from the 17th
century Shaolin Temple of central China, and keeping in mind the
active business person does not have the time to devote to learning
a long-term martial arts self defense or yoga fitness program, this
unique system is ideal for the modern person who wants to achieve
total fitness in every aspect of his or her life. It is taught in
five three-month sessions with promotional certificates upon completing
each session.

Structured from the foundations of Hatha yoga, and the Chinese martial
arts, this is a total fitness program for everyone regardless of
age or present physical condition. Its therapeutic postures will
increase flexibility, strength, deeper breathing patterns, and healthier
functioning of the internal organ systems (stomach, lungs, kidneys,
liver, and heart).

After completing each level requirement, and being able to perform
the form and postures proficiently for that level, the student may
then opt to repeat the session or test to advance to the next level
of traing. After 15 months, a student instructor program is offered
to the graduate who wishes to continue on and teach the Yoga of
Damo form.
The
training is broken down into five three-month sessions. Each session
will teach you a part of the complete form for a total body work
out while concentrating more on one specific area at each level
of training.
