Kung
Fu has taught me that I CAN do anything that I want to achieve.
It has strengthened my body so bullies won’t pick on
me and if they try to, Kung Fu has taught me to defend myself.
Kung Fu made it so that I know parts of the body that I would
probably learn about in High School. It has also helped me
focus my Chi. With my Chi, I am able to do things with a lot
more physical and mental strength. It has taught me to work
hard, in school and out of school. I’m glad that Kung
Fu has done this for me, for it has made me a new, kind, better
person.

It has gotten me more disciplined and in better shape.
I am not so scared of some things anymore. I know how to solve
things by myself. I know how to defend myself.

Kung Fu has made me 1000 times stronger.
It taught me what real discipline is. I could barely stretch my
legs and now I can do the splits. I am proud of it.

I did push-ups
and sit-ups and all kinds of forms like 5 Animal and 18 Lohan and
Short Form and Movements and Twist and Outer Tiger and some of Flowing
Motion and more. I got disciplined also a lot and I got so much
muscle and strong. I spent two years with you and I am proud of
it.

Kung
Fu has done so much for me. The two most important things it has
done are, one; Self Control. Two; Self Confidence. Even though I
have not mastered these two things, I think I have tasted some of
the honey! I also have fought the bees. I am proud to be a Macabee.
